What is your return policy for technical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that technical equipment like markers or electronic loaders cannot be returned once they have been used or aired up.
Do you offer a warranty on Infamous Pro DNA products?
Yes, our Pro DNA protective gear and apparel are covered against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with stitching or materials under normal playing conditions, please contact our support team with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, it can no longer be modified.
Do you ship internationally?
